  • Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding a certain amount (999/- Rs if applicable).

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • Mostcart is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs clearance processes.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping addresses. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately to update the details before shipping.

7. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
